Been suffering with pain in my heel for some months and physio suggested supporting insoles for all footwear. Bought these to go in my slippers. I am a women’s size 6 and bought the medium. Fit perfectly and very comfortable with a good level of support. Too early to tell if they will work but very happy they do the job I bought them for.
The soles of my favorite knee high boots were wearing down and starting to hurt my feet which were blistering whenever i walked. That is when i decided to try these insoles to see if would make any difference to how my boots felt. I ordered a women’s size 5-7 and they fitted into my size 7 boots snugly. If i needed them to be smaller, I could have easily adjusted the size by cutting them with a pair of scissors. All in all, Very comfortable, But quite a snug fit. Be prepared to cut them to size. Other than that i am very pleased!
Brilliant!! Best investment I’ve made and has helped my plantar fasciitis to almost disappear!!

I purchased these for my slippers following an ankle injury which then led to ankle and heel pain when walking. I had experienced problems for 9 months following the injury. After two weeks of wearing them nearly all day my injury finally began to heal. However, wearing them I also believe triggered of lower back pain. One annoying side effect of these inner soles is that they drag all but my wooden socks off my feet so are more comfortable without socks.
I was looking forward to receiving these. **However** after only a couple of hours at work I had to remove them from my boots as the “lump” thats provided under the heal is VERY uncomfortable… why is it there? Feet sweat far more than without.
Wouldn’t be using these again so they will probably end up in the bin.. wasted money

These are the most uncomfortable things I have tried. I bought them because they were cheaper than my usual orthotics, but they provide no arch support at all. Instead, they have a bubble of gel that pushes into the centre of my already sore heels.
Bought these memory foam insoles for my boots that had flat hard soles inside. I works on my feet for long hours and these did the trick!
Great arch support！No more sore feet or legs. I loves them! They hold their cushion ability as well, they don’t go flat like other inserts I have bought.
These are trimmable insoles. There are sizing / trim lines on them that you can use to cut them to fit your boots. Everything is great. Highly recommended
I got bruised, aching feet from wearing my wellies on a wet forest-walking holiday. I chose these innersoles as they’re made of memory foam and had extra padding in 2 main areas – the heel and under balls of feet, exactly the places I needed. The surface your feet are in contact with is foam fabric, and they are backed with a supple rubbery/plastic base. The contours feel as comfortable as those in footbed sandals. I’ve worn these very comfortably at the allotment and my wellies now feel like slippers. I got Female size 5 – 7.5 (or Euro 38 – 41) and they are true to UK sizes (you cut them down for smaller, marked sizes). Very pleased with these, which I can use in trainers as well – but bear in mind they do take up space in your shoe -I buy my wellies big, so they’re perfect.
