I can’t comment yet on effectiveness, but I imagine that they will prove Chibbley proof. My friend’ s daughter owns a psychotic chihuahua which attacks me on sight. I’m fairly sure that these will save me from injury when I next visit.
The boots are a great fit overall, and look amazing! I purchased them for cosplaying, and they’re a versatile style that fit with a lot of different outfits. My only complaint is that they are a bit tight around the calf. While the fit on my feet was fine, if a bit loose, I had a stuggle to pull the boots over my calves. A bit of an adjustable top might have solved the problem, but the strap seems to be more functional as a decoration.
Very nice to look at and super comfy with the soft lining inside. Yet to wear them outside so will update this in a few weeks/months time to see how they hold up down the yard! But overall good. Quite roomy and ‘Baggy round the ankle but okay
The very first time I tried to wear these boots the buckle snapped in half. Either I got a defective product, or all of these boots are made cheaply, and to no – apparent – standards of quality. Either way, I am disappointed with the manufacturer, that they allowed something so fragile to be sold, and disgusted that they would sell such a product so expensively. I only hope that the cobblers in my town will be able to repair the fittings, and I urge all other potential buyers to think again on buying these boots, and go elsewhere.
Were sent back as top band was completely different colours on boots
Surprise gift for my wife who had a different kind of leather boots cost over £200.00 and didn’t last long and they leaked!! My wife takes care of her shoes and boots over the TOP!!! Anyway she said they great and hopefully they will last longer.
